Still havent gotten it
Would have liked it better if the card actually shined like a holo card and not just a matte finish.
Back of the card came out as expected. Matte print finish on a metal card.

Entering the wording for the label/slab design was confusing, I wanted the name of the card printed at the top with a different “edition” underneath it. Would have been great if I knew exactly what line item was to be printed where on the label.
Enjoyed how the card image turned out, but I was expecting it to actually shine like a real holo card and not just a matte finish on the metal card. It was still a fun process and my family loved seeing us all on a custom card.

Store owner replied: Why are you saying that we're scammers? Your order was shipped to the correct address on October 22. We sent you the shipping label and tracking information on time. We don't understand what other issues you might have. I've already sent you a photo of your order via email.
Loved my card, ordered 2 was only sent 1. When I reached out to let them know, the second one was shipped fast.

I’m impressed. Got this for my boyfriend for his birthday and it looked SO real, I was able to open a pack, and sneak this card into the back of it and reseal it and let him open the pack.. he was SO shocked he was like “ OMG! I pulled something, wait, omg!!! I was super happy and would use them again. It also came quickly in the mail. 10/10

Everything was great! Even their response when it said it was delivered but someone else in the family received it and I thought I hadn’t received it.
I don’t think it’s specified if you get metal that it can’t be shiny so I was a little disappointed with that. It wasn’t holographic.

This is the cutest card, cutest idea, for my Pokémon-loving Grandson. The only drawback is the print is so small, makes it hard to read. Other than that, this is a darling gift idea and keepsake.

The cards and design are fantastic, and the quality and service are excellent. However, the final product was a huge disappointment because the cards turned out to be extremely small. I must have misread the sizing details myself, but it was still a big letdown when they arrived
