Return Eligibility

We accept returns and refunds only under the conditions outlined below.

Because our products are custom-made and personalized, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for:

  • Change of mind

  • Buyer’s remorse

  • Personal preference

  • Subjective opinions regarding appearance, texture, material, print style, or perceived value

  • Claims that the item is “cheap,” “not worth the price,” or similar subjective judgments without objective manufacturing defects

By placing an order, the customer acknowledges that all product photos, descriptions, previews, and specifications were reviewed prior to purchase.


Personalized & Custom Products

All personalized/custom-made items are produced specifically for each customer and are therefore considered final sale.

Custom products are non-refundable and non-returnable unless:

  • The item arrives damaged

  • The wrong item was received

  • There is a verified manufacturing defect

  • The item materially differs from the approved design or product description

Minor variations in color, print placement, texture, brightness, cropping, or craftsmanship may occur during production and do not qualify as defects.


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery.

To be eligible for review, customers must provide:

  • Clear photos of the item

  • Photos of the packaging

  • Photos of the shipping label

  • A detailed description of the issue

In some cases, video evidence may also be required.

We reserve the right to deny refund or replacement requests if insufficient evidence is provided.


Return Authorization Required

Returns will not be accepted without prior written authorization from our support team.

Unauthorized returns may be refused or discarded without refund.


Condition of Returned Items

Approved returns must:

  • Be unused and in original condition

  • Include original packaging

  • Include all accessories and inserts

  • Be shipped using a trackable shipping service

Items showing signs of use, alteration, damage caused by the customer, or missing components may be denied.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:

  • Personalized/custom products

  • Sale or discounted items

  • Gift cards

  • Digital/downloadable products

  • Items damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear


Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the error was caused by us.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

If a refund is approved, return shipping costs and any applicable processing/restocking fees may be deducted from the refund amount.


Inspection & Resolution

All returned items are inspected upon arrival.

We reserve the right to:

  • Approve or deny refund requests

  • Offer a replacement instead of a refund

  • Issue partial refunds where appropriate

Refunds are processed only after inspection and approval.


Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Customers agree to contact us directly before initiating any chargeback or payment dispute.

Opening a payment dispute without first contacting us for resolution may delay processing and investigation.

We reserve the right to submit all relevant evidence to the payment provider, including:

  • Product descriptions

  • Listing photos

  • Order confirmations

  • Tracking information

  • Delivery confirmation

  • Customer communication

  • Submitted proof/photos

False claims or abuse of buyer protection systems may be reported to the payment processor.


Refund Processing Time

If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within several business days.

Processing times may vary depending on the customer’s bank or payment provider.
